Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days in case of manufacturing defects.

Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
Please contact us within 14 days with clear proof of the defect.
Once approved, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund via Instapay/vodafone cash.
Shipping fees are deducted from the applicable refund amount.
